Biography
Melania Edwards is an investor, entrepreneur, and strategist whose work has taken her across the world's investment ecosystems, from Silicon Valley to Asia, Europe, and Africa.
She is Founder and Managing Partner of Limitless, a specialist global advisory firm helping investment ecosystems work better, and Co-Founder and Partner at Halceon, an investment network focused on defence and cybersecurity.
Previously, Melania was part of the Global Investment Team at 500 Global and Director of Investor Relations at Unreasonable. Earlier roles included HSBC's Venture Capital coverage team and the Oxford Angel Fund in San Francisco. She has also advised venture-backed companies on fundraising and international expansion, and worked with global organisations on investment and innovation.
Beyond investing, she founded and curated TEDxCheltenham, has authored several books, and served on the Advisory Board of the Club of Florence. In 2025, she was recognised as a UK–Italy Young Leader. She holds a BA and MA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
